The trainers

The quality of our courses is dependent on the quality of our trainers.

For this reason we are demanding of our staff. In the first place they must be native speakers; they teach in their mother tongue. We expect them to have regular contact with their home country so that they keep up to date with changing language usage. They must be able to empathise with you on different levels. No two students are identical, so our trainers must be flexible in their teaching. On top of that they must be pleasant people who are able to communicate with you at different levels.

So we are careful with whom we entrust this task to and we coach them when they start and we monitor them throughout their time with us.
