Terms and conditions

Completing the booking form binds you to the following conditions:

1. When we receive your form, we will contact you to arrange a starting date for the course, and we will send an invoice for 50% of the course fees, plus the registration fee.
2. The first lesson is arranged when you register for the course. When you come for your first lesson we agree the completion date with you.
3. Provided that the booked end date of the course has not been passed you can postpone a lesson without penalty, so long as you let us know before 12.00 hours on the day prior to the lesson, (12.00 on the Friday for lessons on the Monday). Once the end date has passed you have another 30 days in which to take up any remaining lessons; such lessons once booked, cannot be changed.
4. At the end of the course we will send you an invoice for any materials you have bought from us, together with an adjustment for any price reductions or surcharges you may have incurred during the course.
5. For many courses we give 20% reduction on the course fees for any lessons taken between 09.00 and 17.00, provided that the invoices have been paid on time.
6. The registration fee will be refunded after the course if all invoices have been paid on time.
7. CANCELLATIONS
   1. If you cancel the course you will be liable for the administration costs as shown on your first invoice and in addition:
   2. if you cancel in the period up to 30 days before the starting date: 10% of the basic price.
   3. if you cancel in the period between 30 and 14 days before the starting date: 20% of the basic price.
   4. if you cancel within 14 days of the starting date:50% of the basic price.
   5. o if you cancel on or after the starting date: the total basic price.

Prices are for 1 student and for English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish. Other languages have a 15% surcharge.
Registration fee € 100,- (returnable, see above).
10% supplement for extra students.
Course materials are not included in the price.

Language Audit

Costs and conditions:

Computer test and interview with a language trainer leading to a written report and price quotation € 115.00 excl. VAT

10% supplement for each extra candidate taking the Taalscan at the same time.

Extra candidates taking the test at a different time will be charged at the full rate.

The fees will be deducted from the course costs if you register for a course (in line with our advice) within 2 months of the audit.

We will charge 50% of the Taalscan fees in any of the following situations:

• you decide to opt for Last Minute (Economy) lessons,
• you decide to take a course of less than the recommended number of hours,
• you follow a course of less than 12 hours duration.
